Standard shipping is always free for orders above $49 within the continental US.
For orders below $49, there is a $5.99 standard shipping fee.
We also offer faster shipping services, with delivery as fast as 2 days. Please note that all orders will take 1-3 business days processing time prior to shipment.
Yes, our standard shipping policy includes free shipping for orders over $49 to every state, including Alaska and Hawaii, and also Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands.
For orders under $49, a nominal fee of $5.99 applies to shipments headed to these states.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business of when you placed the order. For free standard shipping, orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days. We also offer faster shipping services, with delivery as fast as 2 days.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that it often takes carriers 24-72 hours to update the tracking information in their system.
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses through standard shipping.
Shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday - Friday), excluding postal holidays. Please note, express and overnight orders cannot ship to PO Boxes, as they are fulfilled by FedEx.
Most of our families are not always at home to receive their packages, so we do not require a signature for delivery. If you live in an area with porch pirates, we strongly recommend calling local carrier once you get your tracking number, and requesting to have your package held at a local office for pick up. We are not responsible for stolen packages once local carrier has marked your package as delivered.
