The process of exchanging or returning a single package involves a long list of impacts (such as increased gas emissions and extra resource use) that take us away from one of our main purposes: protecting the planet.
That's why we recommend that you make sure you order the right size and model as many times as it takes.
You are welcome to return any TOETOTS brand items, with the exception of stickers, gift cards, shipping cards, or products marked as ‘FINAL SALE’, at no cost within 30 days of your purchase.
*Please be aware that all international orders, underwear, accessories, sale items, purchases made during Black Friday week, and any items discounted by more than 25% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.*
To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with packaging intact. To initiate your return, please visit our Returns Page. We must receive your returned items within 30 days from the order date.
Please note that all footwear and other select merchandise under $20 is considered Final Sale is not eligible for return.
Once received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not start a return. Instead, contact us directly at support@toetots.com for assistance.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 50% of the item’s price may be applied to merchandise that has been opened, is no longer in its complete original packaging, is damaged, or significantly differs from the original shipping method.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized returns—items sent back without a prior return request—will not be accepted.
Some products or promotions may offer an extended trial period; please refer to the specific product description or promotional details at the time of purchase.
Eligible products and orders come with FREE RETURNS within 30 days of purchase. For returns outside the US, we offer an international FREE EXCHANGE service. For any questions regarding returns, please reach out to us at support@toetots.com.
For purchases made with a gift card:
If you paid for your items either partially or in full using a Toetots gift card(s), you will receive a new Toetots gift card loaded with the full value of your refund.
Non-Deliverable and Incorrectly Addressed Orders
- In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an error provided by the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, our policy does not allow for refunds. Customers must verify that their delivery information is accurate and complete before confirming their order.
- Should a package be undeliverable and returned to the carrier's warehouse due to an address mistake or incomplete contact information provided by the customer, we can arrange for a second shipment, the cost of which will be borne by the customer. Please note that we will not refund the initial shipping fee or the cost of the returned goods.
We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly check their delivery information to ensure its accuracy and to prevent any delivery issues.
